Use the Blue National Doctor and Hospital Finder to locate healthcare providers within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you are a member, you may obtain more specific results and see other information regarding network providers. Select the Member tab and enter your Identification Prefix to access these features.

If you are not a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield member, select the Guest tab to search.
The resulting directory will list Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield providers that may not be in your network. When making an appointment, always ask if the provider participates in your plan
